International Shipping to Korea

If you would like to order from Korea we are happy to help you.

Read carefully:

• You can NOT cancel your order,
• You can NOT change items after placing your order
• You can NOT change the delivery address 
• Make sure your address is filled in in Roman signs as much as possible*
• Fill in streetname and number in the first field and all information about your apartment details in the second field. (otherwise when too long we cannot print the label).
• Make sure to  double check everything very well before you place your order.
• In the days after the Duns Sweden collection release we focus on getting our your orders as fast as we can. We therefor do not read nor reply mails as that will slow down the proces of sending the lovely new collection to you. Thanks for understanding.

Add our e-mail to your save mail list. If there is something with your order we mail you and we have noticed that our mail ends up in Spam most often.

Direct Shipping to South Korea

Shipping from the Netherlands directly to South Korea:

• order up to € 120,-  € 39,95
• order €120,- or more, € 29,95

Shopping via third party options:

There are third party companies who send forward your parcel from Europe to South Korea for a smaller amount then direct shipping.

One option is Sydam in the Netherlands. I sadly cannot find their website.

Shipping within the Netherlands is € 6,95 and FREE from € 75,-

Another option is to have it shipped to Germany (€ 9,95) and above €150,- shipping is FREE  € 0,00

There are several companies that can forward your parcels to Korea:

• GVGlobus EUDirect - https://gvglobus.co.kr/

• Malltail

• World Express Link - https://www.worldexpress.link/
• You can set up an account on this website.  They ship to Korea and charge about 13.000 won for Korean post (is about € 9,-) (price indication beginning 2024)
• Set up your account on World Express Link, choose your favorite items in our store and place your order directly with us.

Shipping:

We ship on Monday - Wednesday - Friday.

Shipping to Korea takes about 1,5 up to 2 weeks.

You will automatically receive a shipping track/trace link in your mail once we print the shipping label. Make sure to add our mailadress to your save list in your mailprogram.

When the parcel is 'in the air' it can take up to a week that you will not be able to see any track. That is because the parcel is packed in containers and waiting to board a flight or waiting in Korea to get a scan again. Just be patience, i know it's hard, but it means it's very close now!
