The Black Friday phenomenon will take place on Friday, November 25.
All over the world there are stunt discounts on everything you can think of. After Black Friday the post is usually disrupted.
In previous years, it has unfortunately happened far too often that orders placed around Black Friday were parked in depots for weeks and were only processed again after Sinterklaas or Christmas.
Imagine it like this: The cart with packages that was first driven into this hall and parked in one of the furthest corners, only came out again after all the other carts had gone...
You can assume that this can take a long time and that it does not help to get angry with me. Every year I email PostNL that they can hire me to organize this logistic process differently AND better, but unfortunately they have not yet accepted my offer...
Not fun for anyone, and certainly not for me, because as a small independent entrepreneur I get angry customers because packages don't arrive on time.
