You can easily and safely use various online payment services such as:
Payment successful
You will receive immediate confirmation of your payment if you have chosen to pay online. You will receive confirmation of your bank transfer when the money has been credited to our account and we have processed your payment. You will then receive an invoice and we will ship your order shortly thereafter. Please note that transferring can take a few working days (very bank-dependent).
Payment failed?
If something unexpectedly goes wrong during your online payment, which prevents you from processing it correctly, you can log back into your account and make the payment again. You can also choose to transfer the amount to our account:

Always include your order number with your transfer.
Paid but not received yet?
If you have not received a message from us within a week of payment, please contact us. We can then investigate what went wrong.
Please note that transfers can sometimes take a long time. 4 business days from Belgium is more common than 1 business day. We have no influence on this transfer duration and the time at which it is credited.
