For the tiniest babies there are lovely kimono or wrap-over organic rompers from Duns Sweden & Villervalla. These can be combined with the premature pants from Villervalla if desired.

Unlike the photo, these rompers from Duns Sweden do not have labels in the neck, but only a print so that no irritation can occur.

The Duns Sweden wrap-over rompers in sizes 38 and 44 have an opening for a feed-through (for incubator tubes).
